Letting participants take the lead
Our trainings approach is based on how people, young and old, learn best: participants’ skills and capacities are called in to create shared learning opportunities; everyone is engaged in the co-creation of skills and knowledge and each session incorporates peers interaction and hands-on practice.
We have delivered trainings to various stakeholders, such as parents, teachers, headmasters, practitioners and social workers working with children, program managers, and other actors working with and for children.
We have worked on a wide range of training topics, such as advocacy and communication, or teacher trainings on play-play based learning in Early Childhood.
Our multilingualism has allowed us to conduct trainings in more than 15 countries globally, mainly in Latin America and Africa.
